SENIOR PROJECT 2024
For my senior project, I created an events company that focuses on the small details of event planning. As someone who loves fostering community through hosting events and parties, this project quickly became a passion of mine. I wanted to create something that reflected my personal style and the things I love, while also challenging myself to step outside my comfort zone and explore new styles and ideas.
While I established the overarching company, Timeless Events Co, I also created three prototype events to showcase everything the brand encompasses. Each prototype event is distinct in style while maintaining the signature Timeless aesthetic.
Timeless Events Company began with a vision to make event planning easier. Our clients use our company to plan events without having to worry about the smaller details, such as invitations, event logos, florals or decor, signage, photo and video, and event-gifts.
Events are meant to be memorable. Whether a friend’s birthday party or major corporate gathering, events create core memories. Timeless means eternal or everlasting, and while these events may only last a few hours, we want the memories to be everlasting. With Timeless Events Company, you can look back on our events and know these memories will never get old.

For the project, I created three different event prototypes to showcase the work that Timeless Events Co makes. With this wedding, we see all of the small details covered by the company, including branding and logo design, an invitation suite, a bridesmaid gift, photo, video, and florals.
THE WEDDING
Bella’s Birthday brunch was a way for Timeless Events to showcase how they could work for a smaller event or community gathering. While the details are something that may be a smaller part of the event, they still matter. Timeless Events Co was able to create a memorable birthday, with designs that were specific to the client and things that enhanced her birthday.
THE BIRTHDAY
With the corporate-styled conference, I created an event called Future Forward Conference, designed specifically for young business leaders. This event demonstrates that while Timeless Events Co. excels at creating intimate gatherings, we are equally capable of designing formal and corporate events in a lively and engaging way. By incorporating bold colors, striking typography, and highly contrasted photography, we achieve a classic yet eye-catching aesthetic that captures the attention of ambitious, forward-thinking professionals. This approach not only enhances the event's visual appeal but also reinforces its purpose as a dynamic and inspiring space for networking and growth.
